Pump Truck Operator Role Overview

A Great Blue Resorts Property Crew is responsible for participating in all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the Resorts facilities and maintaining the resort to a clean, safe and well-maintained standard.

Responsibilities

A Great Blue Resorts Pump Truck Operator is responsible for working in a team under the supervision of the Property Manager to help with all septic waste removal and upkeep operations of the Resorts facilities.
The Pump Truck Operator responsibility will include but not limited to the following:

Facilities/Property/Equipment management

Daily removal of waste from cottages
Weekly records of usage
Visual inspections of tanks
Routine maintenance Checklists and assigned job lists for day
Facilities management including Beach, Boats, Docks, Multi court, Playground
Beach maintenance - Beach raking, chairs, boathouse maintenance
Follow up to make sure all garbage receptacles are emptied daily and cleaned to reduce odors and insects.

Skills/Requirements

Good communication skills/customer service
Must have G Driver’s License
Comfortable working outdoors in differing weather conditions
Comfortable working independently
Must have the physical ability to lift upwards 50 pounds for short periods of time.
