What You'll Do
As Service Manager, you'll lead the entire operation, creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees. You'll coach your team, drive performance, improve profitability, and ensure every vehicle leaves with world-class service.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts staff
• Driving sales, profitability, and key performance metrics
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Managing shop workflow, productivity, and quality
• Hiring, mentoring, and building a winning team
• Creating a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in the automotive industry
• Leadership experience as a Service Manager, Shop Manager, or Senior Service Advisor
• Strong business, sales, and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A passion for building teams and delivering excellence
