Role overview

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking parts.

Apply powder coatings using manual or automated spray systems.

Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/time settings.

Inspect finished parts for coating thickness, coverage, and defects.

Maintain powder-coating equipment and keep work area clean.

Follow safety procedures and meet production targets.

Requirements:

Experience in powder coating or industrial painting.

Knowledge of coating materials, spray equipment, and curing processes.

Ability to read job specs and perform quality checks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
