At Tap & Barrel, one of Canada’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, we’re building teams that are passionate about great service, strong culture, and delivering standout guest experiences. We’re currently looking for Shift Leaders (part-time and full-time) to join us at our Olympic Village location.

Located on the waterfront in the heart of Olympic Village, our restaurant is a high-volume, high-energy space known for its craft beer selection, locally inspired menu, and vibrant atmosphere. With a busy season ahead, we’re growing our leadership team to ensure we continue to deliver smooth, consistent service while supporting our team on the floor.

This role is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership or continue developing their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in running shifts, supporting the team in real time, and driving the guest experience.

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and confidence leading a team
A solid understanding of food safety and operational standards
Experience coaching and developing team members
