We are currently recruiting a Systems Analyst to fill a permanent vacancy in our IT Department.
The Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for the effective administration, operation, and continuous improvement of Kindred’s enterprise systems. This includes maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Kindred’s operations and strategy, championing assigned systems, translating business needs into system solutions, and supporting data integrity and governance. It also involves partnering with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to implement changes that improve process efficiency, service delivery, and the member and staff experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains a broad, current understanding of Kindred’s operational needs and how they are evolving, as well as a thorough understanding of Kindred's strategy.
- Champion assigned Enterprise Systems by serving as the subject matter expert (SME), driving best practices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring ongoing system performance.
- Analyze business needs and design, configure, test, and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and ensure seamless integration across Enterprise Systems.
- Lead system administration, upgrades, change management, and project delivery to support reliable, secure, and effective business operations.
- Promote data quality, governance, and the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions by ensuring system configurations, automations, and integrations align with organizational standards.

- Completion of a post-secondary program in related field
- Experience in various areas of financial services
- Experience in process design, change management, project management an asset
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude
- Familiarity with AI tools, agentic workflows, or automation platforms an asset

- Starting salary $63,000 - 78,500
