Join a leading real estate company renowned for owning and managing high-quality office, industrial, and retail properties across North America. With a strong leadership team and a reputation for operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Manager, Operations to oversee a large-scale shopping center in Brampton.
Your Role
As Manager, Operations, you will report to the General Manager and lead the daily operations and maintenance of a shopping center spanning up to 1 million square feet. Your strategic leadership will ensure smooth operations, delivering an exceptional experience for tenants and shoppers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards for safety, maintenance, and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges proactively. You will balance immediate operational priorities with long-term strategic planning and enhance tenant and customer satisfaction through consistently exceptional service delivery.

What Sets You Apart

You bring more than five years of operations management experience within large-scale retail or commercial properties. You bring strong expertise in budget management, forecasting, and financial performance optimization, along with experience overseeing complex building systems, including HVAC and central plant infrastructure. Proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, and Angus supports effective property management, reporting, and operational decision-making.

Additionally, certifications in building operations systems (HVAC, Boiler) and knowledge of WHMIS compliance will be valuable assets in this role.

Compensation

Expected total annual compensation of $107,500 - $129,000k, including a base salary of $100k - $120k and a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 7.5%, subject to individual and/or company performance.
