Job Description:Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

Building Systems Technician certificate

Licenses

5th Class Power Engineer certificate
3rd Class Power Engineer Certificate
Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

Refrigeration certificate, where required
