Join BGC Okanagan as a Community Support Worker!
BGC Okanagan is seeking a Community Support Worker to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging group programs for children and youth with diverse abilities. Using a strengths-based and inclusive approach, you will support participants in achieving their goals, building confidence, developing life skills, and experiencing meaningful personal growth.
Our CYSN (Children and Youth with Support Needs) programs provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and youth ages
6–18. Through structured activities, social connection, and skill-building opportunities, participants are supported to build independence, strengthen relationships, and reach their individual goals.
