What we are looking for:

HR Coordinator, HR Operations Specialist, HR Shared Services Specialist, Employee Services Specialist, or other early-career HR professional who enjoys coordinating work, partnering across teams, and ensuring operational processes are completed accurately and on time.

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support North AmericaHR Shared Services and employee service delivery. This role will provide coordination, case management, and administrative support across a broad range of HR processes, serving as a key liaison between regional HR teams, offshore delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, follow-through, and partnership skills are critical, as this individual will regularly coordinate work across North America and offshore support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee and manager requests.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing and workflow management systems.
  • Experience supporting case management, employee inquiries, or HR service delivery operations.
