Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in system design, development, and validation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.
- Ability to develop and implement AI/ML models for system validation and optimization.
- Knowledge of AI/ML best practices and industry standards.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and libraries.
- Strong understanding of neural networks and deep learning techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM powered agents and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including prompt orchestration, tool calling, vector store indexing strategies, and evaluation of end-to-end agentic workflows.
- Experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and pronounced attention to details.
- Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Driving technical innovation to improve ML/AI capabilities across validation, technical and procedural methodology enhancement, and various internal and cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI/ML models and making necessary improvements.
- Documenting processes, models, and algorithms for future reference.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into various applications.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering.
