Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 37.5–44 hours per week

Schedule: Day shifts, including Saturdays

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 250 Tecumseh Rd. E., Windsor, ON N8X 2R3

Maxim Medical Supplies is looking for a friendly, dependable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a position where they can make a difference. You will help customers find the right home medical supplies and equipment while providing knowledgeable and caring service.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and help them find what they need
Learn about our products and provide helpful recommendations
Process sales, rentals and payments
Use our computerized inventory and ordering systems
Prepare sales and rental paperwork
Keep product displays organized and well stocked
Maintain accurate records
Work with our team to provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of retail experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Friendly and comfortable working with customers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Reliable, dependable and willing to learn
Positive attitude and team-oriented
Valid driver's license
Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
English language skills
Criminal record check required
