Role overview

Seeking a part-time bookkeeper for the Innisfail area. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience with QuickBooks Online and Sage. You'll be required to complete a full set of books for several businesses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with various clients and industries.
Duties:

Manage and record daily transactions using accounting software.
Balance Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Reconcile bank and Credit Card Statements.
Assist with Payroll.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage is essential.
Strong understanding of the bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Must have experience with bank and Credit Card reconciliations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
