About The Position:

Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support fast-paced industrial operations.

Wage:$25.73 to $29.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other industrial equipment

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

• Follow standard operating procedures and site safety protocols

• Load, move, and transport materials safely and efficiently

• Monitor equipment performance to ensure smooth operations

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues when possible

• Maintain accurate production and operational records

• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets

• Keep work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments

• Valid equipment certification or operator training is an asset

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team

• Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts with flexibility for other shift schedules

• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation to the site

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
