We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, identifying potential customers, and supporting the growth of XEN AI INC. in the IT services and staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients for IT services, staffing, AI solutions, automation, managed IT, break/fix support, and technical field services.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and online research.
- Contact decision-makers such as IT Managers, Operations Managers, Procurement Managers, HR Managers, Business Owners, and Vendor Managers.
- Introduce XEN AI INC.’s services and explain how the company can support client requirements.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs, budgets, timelines, and service requirements.
- Schedule discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations for the management or sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, meetings, and client updates in CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Support proposal preparation, client onboarding documents, service presentations, and rate card sharing.
- Work closely with internal operations, recruiting, dispatch, and account management teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
- Support long-term client relationship development and account growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, B2B sales, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Experience in IT services, staffing, managed IT, software, AI solutions, automation, or field services is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-up.
- Ability to speak confidently with business clients and decision-makers.
- Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, staffing, AI tools, automation, and business technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
- Professional attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.
