Job Title: Blood Collection Specialist (Phlebotomist, MLT, LPN, or RN)

Location: Across Canada

Anticipated Collections per Month: 10-15 and growing

Compensation:

Phlebotomist/MLT: $45/hour (standard draw) | $60/hour (blood draw and process)
LPN: $55/hour (standard draw) | $70/hour (blood draw and process)
RN: $65/hour (standard draw) | $80/hour (blood draw and process)

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Blood Collection Specialists to join our team across Canada. This role involves performing blood draws and specimen collection for diagnostic purposes. Candidates must be proficient in venipuncture and comfortable using company-provided equipment, including a centrifuge.

This is an exciting opportunity for Phlebotomists, Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about patient care and precision in blood collection.

Certification/Licensure:

Valid certification or licensure as a Phlebotomist, MLT, LPN, or RN.
Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Experience:

Previous experience in blood collection.
If applying for the blood draw with processing, proficiency in using a centrifuge is a must.
