Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Frontend React Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. In this role, you'll lead the development of reusable React components, contribute to frontend architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced frontend engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving feature development, and working in cloud-based Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS, React Hooks, JavaScript, and ES6.
Design and build reusable, customizable, and dynamic frontend components.
Develop applications using mono-repo and micro-frontend architectures.
Lead the technical implementation of new frontend features and provide solution guidance.
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, QA engineers, and UX designers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Build and maintain robust client-side routing using React Router and application state management using Redux.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues while improving application performance and reliability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins.
Work with AWS technologies to support cloud-based application development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve frontend development practices, code quality, and engineering standards.

Must-Have Skills

7 to 8 years of experience in frontend web application development.
Strong experience with ReactJS, React Hooks, JavaScript, and ES6.
Hands-on experience developing applications using mono-repo and micro-frontend architectures.
Strong proficiency with React Router and Redux.
Experience with Jest, Babel, npm, Webpack, and Storybook.
Experience with component-driven development and modern UI architecture.
Experience leading the implementation of new frontend features or serving as a solution lead.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Experience working with AWS technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience optimizing frontend application performance.
Experience working on enterprise-scale web applications.
Knowledge of cloud-native frontend development and deployment practices.
