Territory Manager - RTD Beverage
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-growth beverage client to recruit a Sales Representative to drive expansion across the ready-to-drink (RTD) category. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a brand in a fast-moving and highly competitive segment.
Some of what you will do:

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve volume and distribution targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
Build strong relationships across retail and on-premise customers
Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
Collaborate with Marketing to align in-market execution with brand strategy
Stay close to market trends and consumer preferences within the RTD and beverage alcohol space
Deliver best-in-class customer service while managing day-to-day account needs

You should have the following:

3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol or CPG sales, ideally within RTD or related categories
Strong understanding of the Alberta beverage alcohol landscape
Proven ability to build relationships and drive results in a territory-based role
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Alberta
