Inside Sales Coordinator - Commercial HVAC | $50,000 to $60,000 Base Salary + Commission

Work Hours:Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Position Overview:

• Help grow our commercial HVAC maintenance agreement business.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working leads, making outbound calls, and turning opportunities into booked appointments.
• Follow up on commercial HVAC maintenance agreement opportunities
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to generate interest and schedule appointments
• Qualify leads and gather key information before handing off to the sales team
• Educate customers on maintenance programs and service offerings
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for outside sales reps
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in the system
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environment
• Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-up consistently
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
