Real Estate Agent Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

As a Real Estate Agent Trainee, you’ll learn how to generate leads, communicate with buyers and sellers, follow up with potential clients, build a pipeline, and develop the daily habits needed to grow a productive real estate business.

You’ll have access to coaching, mentorship from experienced agents, practical scripts and tools, and proven systems designed to help you build confidence and stay consistent.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Commission-based opportunity. Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options available.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Communicate effectively with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up consistently with potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Develop and maintain daily habits that drive productivity and business growth.
Leverage coaching and mentorship to enhance skills and build confidence in real estate transactions.
Utilize practical scripts and tools to streamline communication and negotiation processes.
Implement proven systems to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial, but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
Proven track record of taking initiative and following through on commitments.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance productivity.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate environment.
