As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests—playing a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience. Whether you're greeting a family on vacation, checking in a business traveler, or assisting with a special request, your warm hospitality and attention to detail will set the tone for their stay.
This is a fast-paced, highly interactive position where your energy, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will shine. While this role is primarily focused on daytime and evening Guest Services shifts, flexibility to work overnight Night Auditor shifts when required is essential. As a Guest Services Agent/ Night Auditor you will:
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences – Welcome guests with genuine warmth, provide efficient check-in and check-out service, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Be a Go-To Problem Solver – Assist with guest requests, provide hotel and local area information, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service with professionalism and care.
• Demonstrate Accuracy & Accountability – Process payments, reservations, guest communications, and front desk transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Support Overnight Operations – When scheduled as Night Auditor, complete nightly audit procedures, balance daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure a smooth transition to the morning team.
• Promote Safety & Security – Follow all hotel safety and security procedures, remain alert to potential concerns, and help maintain a safe environment for guests and associates.
Job Requirements

Prior hotel front desk experience required

Proficiency in Marriott front office systems an asset

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Accurate cash handling and payment processing

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Job Duties
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests, wake-up calls, and service recovery situations
- Complete night audit procedures and financial reporting when scheduled overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Report safety, security, or maintenance concerns promptly
- Perform other duties as required to support hotel operations
