The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 plus a competitive bonus and incentive package. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, & discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation & comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. This role goes beyond traditional training. You’ll partner with leaders to understand business needs, shape meaningful learning & development strategies, and build scalable programs that improve performance, from frontline teams to senior leaders. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Compass Group Canada builds capability to support business growth creating learning that is structured, relevant, and embedded in how the business operates.
