Role overview
Account Coordinator – Experiential Marketing (Toronto)
Inventa is a leader in the design, creation and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large-scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 30th year, we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event industry.
We’re looking for a passionate, high-energy Account Coordinator to join our Experiential Marketing team. This is a Toronto-based, remote 6-month contract (20 - 40 hours/week, depending on workload), with strong potential to transition into a full-time role. Enjoy a flexible, non-traditional schedule that evolves week-to-week based on activations and business needs, rather than a standard Monday – Friday structure, some work will be required from time to time at on-site events outside of regular work hours and weekends.
You’ll support the execution of large-scale tours, event activations, and guerrilla campaigns, while helping deliver standout client reporting and on-the-ground excellence.
Please note: This role supports clients across Eastern Canada. While primarily remote, you’ll be expected to attend activations, field visits, and supplier sites as needed.
What you can expect from us:
-
Fast-paced, collaborative environment that knows how to have fun
-
Hands-on experience in high-impact experiential campaigns
-
Clear path to full-time growth opportunities
-
Health benefits, cell phone subsidy, and flexible work perks (post-probation)
-
Employee recognition program (iFives!)

What we expect from you:
-
Support Account Managers/Executives with coordination: scheduling, logistics, reporting, payroll, asset and shipping management
-
Contribute to client meetings with ideas, solutions, and insights
-
Lead and support field execution, including site checks, activations, and team coordination, and in-field team hiring
-
Act as the local point of contact for venues, suppliers, and partners
-
Coordinate and help deliver field staff training sessions
-
Manage local inventory, storage, and equipment quality control
-
Support and coach in-field teams (including occasional evenings/weekends)
-
Troubleshoot proactively and solve problems before they arise
-
Bring a strong understanding of social media’s role in live experiences
-
Embody our core values: Creativity, Courage, Integrity, Collaboration, and Passion
What You Bring:
-
Post-secondary education in marketing (or equivalent experience)
-
1+ year of office experience (agency experience is a strong asset)
-
1-3 years experience in-field as a Brand Ambassador/Field Supervisor for events or in experiential activations
-
Strong organization, time management, and project coordination skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
-
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
-
Confident communicator and team collaborator
-
Self-starter who can work independently with little oversight
-
Big-picture thinker who understands campaign goals
-
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
-
Eagerness to learn, grow, and act on feedback
Salary Range:$48,000 - 57,000 (approx $24.00 - $27.50 per hour)
