Job Title: Senior Jira Application Developer

Location: Vancouver, BC

Work Type: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: CAD 45 to CAD 50

Job Description:

• Provide Jira Cloud application sustainment services including incident, problem and change management activities,
• Perform Jira Cloud user requests including user account or site maintenance.
• Jira Cloud end user support.
• Work closely with the application maintenance services team to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of the applications and systems.
• The resource must be located within Canada.
• Provide estimates for work assigned as requested.
• Provide input to system documentation.
• Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and must be a good team player.
• Must possess a commitment to high quality deliverables.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team member.

Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience

• Jira Cloud administration and support experience, 3-5 years,
• Client facing experience 3-5 years,
• Using ServiceNow as a service tracking tool 1-2 years,
• Application support services 3-5 years.

Nice to have skills, Certifications and Experience,

• Jira Cloud Administration certified,
• C#, ASP.NET/WebAPI
• MS SQL
• Version control
• ITIL certification
• ASP.NET WebPages/WebServices
• Prior experience working in the public or utilities sector.
