Position Overview:As a Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside our marketing team to help execute campaigns, create content, support events, and grow Inverite's brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build practical marketing skills and develop a deeper understanding of how B2B marketing works in a fintech environment. Because we're a growing fintech company, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business.
You will work directly with the marketing team on projects that reach real customers and partners. The role gives you exposure to several areas of marketing, with room to take on more as you grow. If you are studying marketing or early in your career and want to learn quickly, this is a strong place to start.

ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, sponsorships, and industry events, from logistics through on-site execution
- Manage social media channels, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and other marketing initiatives Support the marketing team on day-to-day projects and deliverables
- Assist with maintaining website content and marketing collateral

What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- Currently studying marketing at the university level, or a graduate with 1–2 years of experience in the field
- Based in Canada
- Strong written communication skills

- Comfortable working independently and managing your time
Nice-to-Have
- University or college club or event experience
- Previous marketing experience
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to support research, content creation, and productivity
- Interest in learning modern AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience writing content for B2B marketing initiatives
- Experience planning or supporting events, conferences, or student initiatives
- Knowledge of fintech, lending, or verification
- Experience with outbound sales software

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate of $18.25 to $22.00, based on previous marketing experience
