The PEI Brewing Company Taproom & Events
The PEI Brewing Company Taproom & Events team has
established themselves as industry leaders in full-service catering on PEI,
producing special experiences at the PEI Brewing Company (PEIBC), multiple
off-site catering, the Cavendish Beach Music Festival and the Sommo Festival. The PEI
Brewing Company Taproom & Events consistently exceeds clients’
expectations, with a reputation for raising the bar in the world of special
event production. Our knowledgeable and experienced team members bring a
professional and creative approach to execute each unique event. Whether it’s
an intimate event for twenty people or an extravagant event for more than five
hundred, you can trust our team to deliver on every detail.
As the Head Chef, You Will
and communicate vision and culinary concepts to all team members
team members provide a memorable guest experience through coaching and
fostering a positive working culture by reinforcing the MHG Values
and promote a kitchen culture that revolves around the enjoyment of
cooking, food and working as a team

ordering of inventory and daily prep work
for completing weekly inventory
and menu development and input into the inventory system, Optimum Control,
recipe development, budgeting, and scheduling.

Trailer used for offsite catering.
