FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS:

  • Part Time: Average 1-3 shifts/week

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Repair Shop Technician provides ski and snowboard tuning and repairs to our day and overnight guests.

  • Able to explain technical terms in a manner that the guest will understand.
  • Conduct the following repairs, (under supervision), to both guest and rental equipment: sidewall repairs, edge repairs, installation of bindings, top sheet repairs and general tune ups.
  • Make recommendations to guests for additional services based on their equipment and/or snow conditions.
  • Tune and repair the rental fleet to the schedule directed by the Supervisor or Coordinator.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • "G" drivers license required
  • Physically fit and able to lift 40lbs.
  • Basic knowledge of ski/board construction and binding design and function.
  • Must achieve 80% or higher on multiple binding manufacturer exams.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays including, Christmas Break, Family Day Weekend and March Break.
