Job Summary:

The Senior Organizational Change Manager leads and manages change initiatives within an organization to ensure successful adoption and realization of business benefits. This role involves developing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and guiding teams through transitions to minimize resistance and maximize employee adoption.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and strategies.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels to drive change adoption.
  • Assess organizational impact and readiness for change initiatives.
  • Lead change management activities including training, communication, and support.
  • Monitor and report on change progress and adoption metrics.
  • Coach and mentor project teams and leaders on change management best practices.

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Proven experience in organizational change management at a senior level.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze and assess organizational readiness and impact.
  • Relevant certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Experience with large-scale transformation projects.
  • Project management skills or certifications (e.g., PMP).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and practices.
  • Advanced training in coaching or organizational development.

Special Considerations:

  • May require occasional travel to various office locations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Standard full-time work schedule with flexibility for extended hours during key project phases.
