Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer will provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. This role demands a strong background in architecture, integration, and agile delivery within complex enterprise or public sector environments, with an emphasis on mentoring teams and driving innovation leveraging AI technologies.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based customer service and case management solutions.
Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts and technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Lead development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, APIs, and integrations.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and enforce development standards and quality assurance processes.
Design and implement cloud-native integrations using Azure services.
Promote continuous improvement and leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and solution quality.
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise application delivery.
At least 3 years in a technical lead or senior development role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Proficiency with Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Storage, Key Vault.
Experience designing and implementing complex integrations and APIs.
Proficient in.NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security frameworks, and software engineering principles.
Experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related Java frameworks.
Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, and React development.
Prior experience in public sector or OPS environments.
Familiarity with MuleSoft and middleware technologies.
Experience leveraging AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
