Globe Theatre is Saskatchewan’s largest performing arts organization and Canada’s only permanent theatre-in-the-round. Located in the newly renovated MacCorquodale Place in downtown Regina.

The Globe Theatre is seeking an organized and thoughtful Company Manager to help artists feel welcome, supported, and ready to do their best work. This role combines artist care with the practical coordination and administration that support a busy theatre season.
Reporting to the Artistic Producer and working closely with the Artistic Director, the Company Manager coordinates travel and accommodation, supports artist contracting and auditions, and helps manage the day-to-day administration of the Globe’s programming. They are a key point of contact for visiting artists throughout their time in Regina and collaborate with colleagues across the organization on productions, events, and special projects.
This position will suit someone who enjoys working with people, pays close attention to detail, and can respond calmly and resourcefully when plans change.

This is a permanent, full-time position averaging 35 hours per week. Schedules vary with production and event needs and include occasional evening and weekend work, with some weeks exceeding 35 hours. Overtime is banked as time in lieu in accordance with Globe Theatre’s policies and applicable employment standards.
Salary:$40,000–$49,999 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits:
This is primarily an in-person role based in Regina, with some flexibility for remote work where duties permit. Applicants must be based in Regina or the surrounding area by the start of employment. The Company Manager is expected to attend every production in the season as part of their work; additional attendance is encouraged.
